| Our hens range on pasture, and are fed a high quality ration (link to pdf) consisting of organic and transitional-to-organic grains and vitamin-mineral supplements. Omega-3 content of our eggs is enhanced by the addition of organic flax seed and fish meal. Straw bedding in the henhouse is used to make compost for the gardens. The water supply is from a pure, artesian well. |
